Summer Rates (Memorial Day - Labor Day)
$1,095.00 per week (includes up to 8 people)$50 per additional person per week over 8 people (maximum of 10 people)

Winter Rates (Labor Day - Memorial Day)
Main Floor and Lower Level$895.00 per week (maximum of 10 people)

Rentals subject to state and county tax. Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday with check-in time at 3:00pm and check-out time at 9:00am. Sorry, no pets and no smoking!!
A deposit of $250.00 is required for each rental week. Deposits are refundable only upon vacancy being filled.
Checks to be made payable to Cozy Cottage, LLC.
