Accomodations

This fully remodeled year round cottage, formerly of Sunrise Shores Resort, is very neat and clean and fully equipped for housekeeping including:  dishes, pots and pans, utensils, toaster, coffee pot, microwave oven, refrigerator/freezer and range/oven.  The cottage has a forced air furnace and central air conditioning. 

The main floor, which is approximately 1000 sq. ft., consists of a kitchen, dining room and living room area.  The living room area has cable TV with VCR and DVD player, along with a queen hide-a-bed and a gas fireplace.  The main floor also has 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with a king size bed and the other bedroom with a queen size bed) and 1 full bathroom.

The lower level, which is approximately 600 sq. ft., consists of a living room area with a gas fireplace and a queen hide-a-bed.  Cable TV is also available for viewing in the lower level.  The lower level also has 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and a 3/4 bath.  Both the bedroom and living room area have large windows to allow sunlight in.

There is a firepit located next to the cottage.  A 14 ft. aluminum rowboat is included in your rental.  A motor is available for $100 per week.  Gas is not included.  The cottage shares 300 feet of frontage and swimming is ideal with a sugar sand bottom and very gradual slope from shore.
