Cabin Rental Rates

Summer Rates (Memorial Day - Labor Day)

$1,195.00 per week (includes up to 8 people)

$50 per additional person per week over 8 people (maximum of 10 people)

Winter Rates (Labor Day - Memorial Day)

Main Floor and Lower Level

$895.00 per week (maximum of 10 people)

$130.00 per day (3 night minimum)

Main Floor Only

$700.00 per week (maximum of 6 people)

$115.00 per day (3 night minimum)

Rentals subject to state and county tax.  Rentals run Saturday to Saturday with check-in time at 3:00pm and check-out time at 9:00am.  Sorry, no pets and no smoking!

A deposit of $250.00 required for each rental week.  Deposits are refundable only upon vacancy being filled.  Please make checks payable to Cozy Cottage, LLC.
