Accomodations
This newly remodeled year round cottage, formerly of Sunrise Shores Resort, is exceptionally neat and clean and fully equipped for housekeeping including: dishes, pots and pans, utensils, toaster, coffee pot, microwave oven, refrigerator/freezer and range/oven. The cottage has a forced air furnace and central air conditioning.
The main floor, which is approximately 1000 square feet, consists of a kitchen, dining room and living room area. The living room area has free cable TV with VCR, along with 1 queen hide-a-bed and a gas fireplace. The main floor also has 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with a king size bed and the other bedroom with a queen size bed) and 1 full bathroom.
The lower level, which is approximately 600 square feet, consists of a living room area with a gas fireplace and 1 queen hide-a-bed. Free cable TV is also available for viewing in the lower level. The lower level also has 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and a ¾ bath. Both the bedroom and living room area have good size windows to allow sunlight into both rooms.
The cottage has its own picnic table. There is a fire pit located next to the cottage. A 14 ft. aluminum rowboat is included in your rental. A motor is available for $125 per week or $30 per day. Gas is not included. The cottage shares 300 feet of frontage, swimming is ideal with a gradual sand slope from shore to approximately 20 feet beyond the pier.
Sheets, pillow cases, and bathroom towel sets are available. Sheets are $5 per bed. Towel sets are $2 per set. Be sure to check the reservation request if you desire to have sheets so the beds may be made upon arrival.
